Adam Martín Skilton (Tossa de Mar, Girona, 1973) graduated in Journalism from the Universidat Autònoma de Barcelona. He has been working in radio since 1992 and has worked as editor, scriptwriter and collaborator on different radio and TV programs, with a special participation in Les mil i una (TV3), Fet a Barcelona (Ràdio Barcelona) and La Tarda (BTV).

He has published Estimada rutina, Sempre hi ets or Mans, a call for handmade life. His last piece of fiction, El nedador d'aigües obertes, is a fable with the sea as the greatest metaphor.

He has lately been working on healthy food and a balanced diet. Hence his latest published titles are related to this issue: Comer para ser mejores.
