An adventure novel set between Istanbul and Pregonda City recreating the siege and the assault of the city by the admiral Piyale Pasha during the summer of 1558.

The novel shows the difference in cultures between the Turkey of Suleyman the Magnificent and the Spain of Philip II and reveals the darker side of a society that hid great hypocrisy in its behavior.
