Gemma Lienas received the 38th Premi BBVA Sant Joan last night, one of the most illustrious Catalan literature awards, supported by the Fundació Antigues Caixes Catalanes together with the Fundació Antiga Caixa Sabadell 1859 and Edicions 62.

A prolific and well-known author, Gemma Lienas has written more than 90 books for adults, teens and children, with translations into 10 languages, and has collected several national awards and international recognitions.
