An Autumn of New Translations

If we were saying that Autumn came with new habits and new names to Asterisc, we must say that it also arrives full of new translations of books by our authors!

Bastei Lübbe publishes L’hospital dels pobres (The Hospital of the Poor) in Germany; in Brazil will be able to read Les grans epidèmies modernes (The Great Modern Epidemics) by Editora Nacional, and in England will have to wait a few more months to do so with Polity Books; Follem? (Wanna Fuck?) will go out in Portugal with Pergamiho; in Spanish we will read Temps de família (Family Time) in Maeva, the stories of Cavalcarem tota la nit (We Will Ride the Whole Night Through) in Navona and this year's Sant Jordi Award, Les amistats traïdes (Friendships Betrayed), in Catedral. And to top it off, the 5th edition of La memòria de l'arbre (The Memory of the Tree) in Turkey has just been published in Can Çocuk, and has become a sudden literary and sales phenomenon with 14.000 published copies!
